In the settings DIPSW+ try changing check coil status to off that MAY be it.
My Ramones conversion(from a Genie)has a Pascal cpu board only and that setting is in there
If no luck email him direct through the flippp.fr page.I am sure he will get back to you,his English is superb so he will understand
