Hello, helping a friend repair a Genie. He has all new boards in it and it is set to his title. Currently in test mode, only 2 coils fire. The large drop bank is one of the 2 but is is very underpowered and cannot reset the drops. Non cpu controlled coils work.
At this point I can start a game but manually work the kickout. After ball 2 drains it resets to attract mode except the coils stay activated. I found this diode shorting and I am afraid he may have damaged his new board.
Also no sound and the knocker twitches constantly in attract mode just slightly. I am completely ignorant when it comes to Gottlieb sys 1 so any help is greatly appreciated.

There are no dip settings that I can tell. It is all done on the displays.

Ok, I will look for the one on the pf. Ones in the cabinet all check out fine.

Well all fuses test good and the votages are good at the power supply connector.
