EOS switch should be normally closed and open when the flipper is actuated. Something doesn't look right with that EOS assembly (hard to tell from video but it doesn't look like it is the correct Gottlieb style switch)

Fatigue, aging
Blown transistor or drive circuit
Shorted or low resistance coil
