I recently picked a non-working Genie, and got it all sorted out! While playing the game for a few days, i got the feeling that the upper left hand playfield was too easy to keep in play, and too hard to shoot towards the drops. (the ball would always shoot at a harsh angle. It finally dawned on me, that the operator that last used this machine 20 years ago, had swapped out the mini flipper, with standard 3" flippers! So i hop online to buy the correct ones...and no one sells them! So, does any body know where i can get the correct Gottlieb 2" System 1 flippers, or would it be sacrilege to simply buy the 2" EM flippers with the skinny rubbers and toss them up there?
Also, flipper rebuild kits are impossible to find. Any solutions? I am hoping the flippers can be rebuilt to get more pop out of them, but i am not sure if this is simply how the game is designed, or if the flippers are truly week? I see that some people put powerballs in to speed up the action?

Pbresource.com should have any rebuild kits you need for Gottlieb, but I'm surprised Marco doesn't too

They also have at least one type of 2" flipper in stock. Depends on what type of mech is on them

Did somebody simply swap the bats? Or did they also swap the shoe & shaft assembly too?
