I owned a Gottlieb Genesis, it was my 1st pin. Mine had the same issue with the ball rolling over the robots plastic cover. All you need to do is unscrew the cover, and put some sort of shims under it, so it will sit higher up and flush with the pf. Best of luck. I miss my Genesis...
