Hi everyone, I am new to the pinside forum and new to owning my first pinball machine. I have a couple of questions about forum ettiqute. I posted a topic in the tech section but have sadly seen no responses. Is this because I am new and regular people on here are wary of dealing with new people? It very well possible that no one has an answer to my problem. Do people "bump" up their topics if they get no response in a few days? I certainly do not want to be annoying on here as I am very excited to join the world of pinball and owning my first machine and the trials and tribulations of working on it myself. Just wondering what proper ettiqute is on here and how I should conduct myself. Have been trying to earm pinside karma but since I am new to the game there is not a lot I can answer about. Thanks in advance for any advice you may have!

FYI- the machine I bought was a Williams Hurricane, which seems to be a very polarizing one to say the least.

No folks are pretty helpful here but it might have gotten lost in the last few days due to the contest that was going on...bump it up to the top and you should get some replies...

Probably just the right person hasn't read it. There is no "hazing" or ignoring of new people here. I am still very new, had a lot of stupid questions, and these guys have been great.

    Welcome

Welcome, welcome. I have actually felt myself like I might have been annoying at times, but nobody else on here has made me feel that way at all.

No worries. If you have a question, just ask. If it doesn't get answered or you don't understand the response, ask again.
