Here's a decent isometric view of a Gemini from PinballOwners.com.
Lots of straight lines. Once you get that awful blue sanded away, you can probably use a pencil and a long ruler to draw these geometric shapes directly to the cabinet. When you think you have a good approximation, make your stencils.

I'm just kidding of course, but really, since I'm still getting back into pinball in general I had no idea this thing existed, plus I've been going by the handle "Gemini" ever since I started doing stuff online way back in the late 90s. ; )
Out of curiosity, how well does the "Gemini" pin actually play? :B

Good luck on the CA search. I sold mine to the NJ museum a few years ago and have never seen another.
And space walk, the only one I have seen for sale was mark claytons and not only did it sell for a lot, the new owner wants crazy money now.
