BYOB is a good idea. Have water and soda.
I don’t think 4 hours is long enough for 2 waves (might over complicate things also as far as score entry and such ) Even with 4 hours most people in the tourney will not have time for every game in the Olympic event .
$40- $50 is fair for event and food .

I had a great time and it was really awesome to see so many people that I don’t see too often . I managed to earn a Bronze on Slayer . Hope everyone had a great time . Post some pics if you got any .
