Quoted from TigerLaw:All these posts and no one gave reason number 6 as OP requested? I'll give it a stab.
6. Because the bad ass theme song from the movie flash Gordon wasn't in the flash gordon pin and that song rocks.
I will even give a seven.
7. Because the movie Highlander (which had NINE Queen songs) never had a pin and you could combine the themes.
now... i'm interested in a queen pin
Quoted from MrBally:That depends on what base numbering system is being used.
it's binary, which means the '2' and the '3' are invalid, only leaving '01'.
Quoted from beatmaster:FREDDY mercury = one of the greatest voice!
queen pin = i don't think so!
my son 16, no idea who the hell queen is.
yup. i had all the albums, sang all the songs, and my kid is clueless :/
i would do the honorable thing and accept responsibility for that, but instead i fully blame miley cyrus
Quoted from Aussiepinwiz:Another translite option for those few 16 year olds who haven't heard of Queen?
imagine the Mod options... they could endless
man, it's a good thing i stopped listening to this guy's albums before the kid started jamming with me...
...
a few months after freddie died, we went to see the Cult play. when the concert ended, they played 'who wants to live forever'... i wonder if anyone there picked-up on it?
Quoted from gweempose:I heard on the radio today that they officially cast someone to replace Sacha Baron Cohen in the upcoming Freddie biopic.
who could it be?
inspector clu.gifQuoted from beepnutz:I like AC/DC pin because they are a b band to me, not sure if it would get old after a month or so. Did not like Metalica, after 2 days of playing one, I couldn't stand the music anymore, think there are a c band at best. I would probably prefer Stern not make any music pins, none have been that great, cept AC/DC.
Elvis, ok pin
Rolling Stones, never played one, have not heard any good things about it
Metalica, blah
Others:
Monster Bash, very good
Tommy, decent
Guns and Roses, very good
Als Garage Band Goes on a World Tour, decent
Heavy Metal Meltdown, ok
Rock and Encore, ok
Disco Fever, blah terrible
Rolling Stones Bally, never played one
Dolly Parton, never played one, not for me
So out of 13 music pins, I like 3, just talking sound here.
Might have missed a few, what's that cocktail pin?
just my opinion, Bob
the Rolling Stones pin was really bad. only slightly entertaining part was whacking mick with the ball.
