because what the pin world really needs is a pin themed for a band that hasn't existed for over 20 years*...

really want to get the young 'uns into pinball by use of a music theme? try some hip hop stuff or dubstep... that's what they listen to, not bands that middle aged guys remember from the days back when we were young and dumb and full of, ummm, well, ya know...

i too would buy rush sight unseen, and it would be my first (and likely only) modern pin... sign me up today for the super duper le model please...

at least they still exist... and one can only imagine the, ummm, "discussions" on pinside about what stern did wrong in choosing what they put in and what they left out...

perhaps you are projecting your "want" onto 15 year olds?

you are tossing out unsupported "data" (data used VERY VERY loosely) in a desire to convince others...

you'd be much better off trying to make the case for a queen pin without trying to convince people that 15 year olds would flock to it because of the theme... that dog won't hunt...
