    I believe STTNG EB is dependent on EB%, so it won't give it to you if lots of other EBs are being awarded on that particular machine. There isn't a particular path that awards it.

    Could be wrong, I think I read it in a rulesheet or it was in Bowen's tutorial or something -- it's a good excuse to check!
