I hate video modes as they take away from the real action of the game with a lame dots game. But the ones that award extra ball at least aren't pointless.

A bunch of them do, HS2, STTNG, AFM etc. but none are as cool as the FT.
If you ever met Hal Linder you would know where they got the voice from for FT.
Oh, ya got one on dere and what a beauty are his classic lines, whoever did the voice over nailed it.
I heard from someone that SR did the voice, anyone know for sure?

I disagree, I think BSD has the best video mode. Everyone loves shooting the wolves.

You have to shoot a lot of saucers for the EB in AFM.

It's actually very easy to get. You know you get one smart bomb, right? Hit launch ball at any time kills everything on the screen (including the mother ship). I save it for trouble and if EB shows up I just hit it there.

I really enjoy TOM's video pinball that awards an extra ball if all the targets are knocked down. Simple but fun.

I believe STTNG EB is dependent on EB%, so it won't give it to you if lots of other EBs are being awarded on that particular machine. There isn't a particular path that awards it.

I haven't played enough WPC games deep enough to realize that they all award extra balls in video mode, very cool.

I'll hijack my own thread here, does Stern have any video modes? And I don't mean Data East or Sega, but Stern.
