Try pushing the connectors together tighter. The Mat-n-locks may be getting tired.
I ended up replacing all of my cab to back connectors with Molex, solved many intermittent gremlins.

Glad you found something to at least lead you in the right direction.
I'll check to see what I used for Molex tomorrow for you.
Sorry, got caught up.
I just checked, I used 0.084 connectors.
They're a little big I think, but I've got big fingers and I like things to be easy. 
Here's my hack job. I tried to color code connectors as I went. Not necessarily pretty, but for my first time I'm ok with it. Plus, it worked! Woo hoo!
