Taking "Game Show" a bit liberally here, but MXC for sure. Most Extreme Elimination Challenge was a english dubbed show on Spike TV of a Japanese gameshow Takeshi's Castle.
So many different mini games. Great Characters, and oh the call outs from Vic and Kenny would be fantastic.
