I have tried for the life of me to get the 5v right in this game. Its reading around 9.3v I have replaced basically everything in the 5v circuit on the power supply and it changed nothing. Well I shouldn't say that the volts went up from like 8.3v to 9.3v. So I'm totally at a loss unless something was wired incorrectly on the 5v regulator by the guy before me. Because I basically put the new regulator on and just soldered the wires on it like they were. Here is a few pictures the power supply I believe is out of a sharpshooter 2 this is how I got the game.

Thank you! Luckily I have like 3 or 4 more of them I thought ahead and bought a few spares. Yeah I wired it exactly like it was so this was no fault on my end maybe now I can get this thing booting again. Assuming half the CPU wasn't cooked, even though there aren't that many chips to worry about see we will see what happens.

Yeah that should be good I will double check but I'm fairly sure its correct.

Yeah 5v works again finally! Thanks! Game CPU boots and relay clicks. I can coin it up and some of the attract lights blink flippers work. score displays are a little weird keep blinking back and fourth. Garbage and 0'z and some times 10 points is displayed on the credits randomly.

And now the CPU is dead again...

Yeah 74ls123 in the lower right corner of the CPU cooked I removed it and replaced it with an unknown off another parts board. If I probe with my meter around that area the board was sometimes blinking once. Then all of a sudden it started blinking once every time I tunded it on after that. I'm thinking the LM339 next to it might be bad as well but I don't have any.
