The game over light and match feature lights are powered thought the game over RE.

First make sure the GO RE trips at the end of the game, then check the Make Break SW on the GO RE - Brown wire, Blue/yellow and Grey/Red wires.

Good stuff, already you see the first issue, the GO RE is not tripping at the end of a game.

Now why? GO trip coil Location F3 on the schematic.

The GO Trip coil is fired when the ball count unit is at position 4 for a 3 ball game and position 6 for a five ball game. Near the coin door is a plug that can be moved to 3 ball or 5 ball games. Make sure it is plugged in, although in a five ball game it does not matter if it is not plugged in, but other things may be affected. . Its sounds like your game is working, that is it is advancing balls 1 2 3 ETC. so at this point we will assume it is advancing after the last ball drains. The only other SW is located on the GO RE, it has Yellow/black wire and Black wire. While the game is in progress this SW is closed. Make sure it is adjusted and making good contact.

Reading a schematic. First, a schematic for Bally is drawn with the game reset, ball in shooter lane on ball #1 and single player game with the power off. Now here’s the tricky bit. All RE’s that are held energised will release EG lock relay(No Power, the machine is off) But there are some RE’s that are mechanically latched EG GO RE. when the power is off they don’t change state.

In the schematic snippet, the Lock RE SW is shown closed, but if the game was powered up it would be open, so the only path to trip the game is via the ball count unit.

Let’s us know what you find.

PS, you have already confirmed that if the GO RE trips the Game over light lights.
