Hi all,
I have a problem with my GoT topper which I installed today. I’m pretty sure I installed it correctly following the Stern instructions I found here on Pinside. All the lights work but the Dragon itself isn’t moving at all. Sometimes I think the motor is trying to do something but I’m not sure. Could it be I switched the RJ-45 cables in some way?
Because of a malfunction on my nr 8 nodeboard, the small dragonwings didn’t work as well. Could these two things be related? I hope someone can point me in a right direction to a solution. Thanx.

Check the tail to make sure that it is not binding against the wings. Sometimes the tail can get pushed below the wing and pin it up. It should be above the wing, and pushed back so it doesn't bind. Some people need to use a little heat from a blow dryer to get it to move back, but be careful!
