I felt like the writers were smacking me with "lumberjack Dexter" over and over again throughout the episode.
The costumes and scenes were beautiful though.

Just so much out of character actions (I suspect for the sake of speedy storytelling).
And towards the end it was oprah happy endings everywhere.
I want to like it, I really do. But...it just didn't land for me.
Quoted from Eskaybee:+ All our other favorite characters (Sam, Brienne, Yara, Ser Davos, etc...) all end up in a position of high power.
This is actually one of my biggest problems with the ending. I mean, the show has built up over and over that bad things happen to good people. That the characters you are cheering for have a very good chance of ending up full of holes. And then...poof, everything is coming up Milhouse.
Quoted from pinmister:I liked the final season and loved all the season's. Not sure what people were expecting, but I knew what was going to happen and it did. I was not disappointed and still feel it is the best TV sitcom ever made.
Maybe my issue this entire time is that I never viewed it as a sitcom.
Mind. Blown.
Quoted from Azmodeus:The ending I would personally complain about was Dexters end. Horrible.
Sing with me:
"I'm a lumberjack and I'm ok...."
