It is glorious to see the endgame of game of thrones unfolding. The queen. She is a bad ass.
The show though. Amazing.

I feel like on the next episode the world might split in half. So epic.
I'm excited about the prequel if it is by this same team. I Think it is.
They really know how to make a show now.
Jamie's horse just ran through 3 inches of water, he was pushed about 3 feet out of the way, and somehow fell into a 30 feet hole? He's alive and fine, and just needs to stand up.
There was a really nice video someone made showing all the past talk of him and the Mad King versus the last battle and him rushing at the dragon, showing his past conflict/demons and personal reason for running at a dragon with a stick. I'm at work and can't access videos here, but will try to find it later and link in case anyone wants to see.
After a couple episodes I guessed that the victim of this season would be a dragon and perhaps a rider.
The rider will live but that dragon is toast, in my opinion.
So much poison around cerci now, the odds that tip was not soaked in poison are pretty stark.
Stark odds.
Also I agree Jaime, not dead yet. He took a courageous shot at becoming a queenslayer, too. He probably will try again.
Quoted from Azmodeus:The red queen shows remarkable humility. I like her.
i find her quite hot.
i wish they did the 10 episodes this season... it'll all be over before we know it.
In my opinion, Arya is the single most lethal person in the show. That fight scene between her and Brienne was amazing.
It has been so cool to watch her character develop from a frustrated little girl into who she is now.
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:Jamie isn't dead, he is destined to kill Cersei.
. (Just a guess)
I will feel robbed of Jamie does it, Arya will for sure.
I think Cersei will pay the Many faced god to kill Jon and Arya kill him and then go and kill Cersei.
I feel Arya had indeed become very deadly.
The wolves sensed that even though she was friendly. She is dangerous.
My interpretation.
I would just stay away from her. Permanently now.
Omg, the suspense, the excitement. Can't wait to see what happens next, so many possible outcomes. Love the show, and it's just getting better. My guess, one of the dragons die and Jamie pays for it with his life. Things have been gong too well for Cercei
Quoted from blondetall:Jamie's horse just ran through 3 inches of water, he was pushed about 3 feet out of the way, and somehow fell into a 30 feet hole? He's alive and fine, and just needs to stand up.
Yeah, what was that all about?
I also think that the scorpion crossbow would have to use poisoned tipped bolts. I mean it is called a scorpion after all.
Maybe the dragon dies and is resurrected into a wight? If he dies, they better burn his body. Can a dragon burn? I have not read any spoilers, but this wouldn't surprise me.
Huge fan... at the same time I'm rewatching the show in season 2. It's great to see all of the setup scenes when you know the outcomes. Also watch this if you've seen the last episode. It's hilarious.
Game of jones... Leslie jones and Seth Meyers watch the spoils of war.
Quoted from Azmodeus:I feel Arya had indeed become very deadly.

well its going to happen. Cercei is on her hitlist (about the only one left) ... there will be a confrontation.
Jamie and Bronn will both be captured.
Drogon will die (poisoned bolt to the shoulder) just like Khal Drogo did, with a shoulder infection.
Arya will kill peter Baylish with the catspaw dagger.
Vayres won't be around for long, unless he has one more trick up his sleve. His story arc is done.
Greyworm won't make it back to Mesandi, their sex scene sealed his fate. G.R.R.M builds these attachments then tears them apart. (Dead by the end of the season)
Tormund will die at eastwatch by the sea. There will be a big battle. I don't expect him to live.
Everyone with a valyrian sword will live till the final battle. Jon, arya, brianne, Jamie, and Sam.
....that is all for now. I've got a prediction for how it will all end, but I think I'm right and don't want to spoil it completely.
2 birds one stone Queen and mountain. Perhaps the master. Both? The one the queen hates and the new one.
I would imagine arya would kill the queen, the new ally from the sea and the mountain and the Kings gaurd. All in one fun scene.

Those are all to easy and obvious to be true. Not saying some of it won't come true...
The part I can' figure yet is when Bran tells Jon his past and he tells everyone what Littlefinger did. That will get the ball rolling.
Cercsi will die by Jamie, it was part of the prohecy.
Good predictions I am loving the show and the endgame. I will watch all seasons again prior to the final season next.
Quoted from MattS:In my opinion, Arya is the single most lethal person in the show. That fight scene between her and Brienne was amazing.

Arya is by far my favorite person and character in the show. She has been made fun of for having 'Needle' and theeating people with it. Well, now she is a threat, a big one at that. Can't wait to see what she does next - I think she's going to play a big role in the war against winter.
Regarding Cersi; didn't the witch tell her when she was a child she would be queen at the sacrifice of all her children and eventually be slain by a halfling? I need to go find that episode and re watch. But I'm thinking Tyrian takes her down.
And are we sure Drogon is dead? I don't see the biggest baddest dragon going down that easily.
Quoted from Methos:Cercsi will die by Jamie, it was part of the prohecy.
This is not entirely true.
The prophecy in the show stops short of explaining crecsi's death. It just says that her kids will die before her.
In the books it says that she will die from the younger sibling. She always thought it was going to be Tyrian, but it could be Jamie because he's younger by a couple minutes.....
Although the prophecy was in old Valyrian, which is gender neutral and is not necessarily her younger sibling. So it could be any younger sibling, maybe Arya.
Surely the dragon could live. Only to die in a later episode.
perhaps even more cinematically.
It could live on like the work they did on the mountain. Probably the same exact poisen for the maester to use his knowledge on a captured drogon.
Just so exciting.
No comments on the best episode of the season yet? It had the biggest revelation ever in the TV show and the books 25 year history. Gendry breaking out the warhammer. Then Westeros' very own seal team 6 going beyond the wall for a wight.

I think we all kinda guessed that John Snow wasn't a bastard after all. I thought it was a little cheesy that Jaime and Bronn were sinking to their deaths one moment and popped up for breath a mile down river the next. Especially Jaime, who was still in full plate mail heavy armor.

In a show with dragons and magic, is it that hard to believe Jamie was thinking ahead, wore his Helium Infused Armor of Floating that day, and actually saved Bronn?
He had an outboard motor in his fake hand, like Inspector Gadget.
Great episode, can't wait to see what becomes of the wight hunt.
Quoted from BillySastard:Then Westeros' very own seal team 6 going beyond the wall for a wight.
How will they bring the captured wight back through the wall? Benjen Stark (who is half wight) could not go south of the wall due to the wall's magic preventing the undead from passing through. The only way to bring a wight to Kings Landing is by killing a human north of the wall, then bringing his corpse through the wall before he turns undead. Correct?

"It is unknown at this time whether wights can cross the Wall on their own, although corpses brought through the Wall can apparently still reanimate as wights." From a Wiki of Ice and Fire.
I have a feeling that Jeor Mormont will be the wight that they bring back. They set him up for death with Dany and the coin from Tyrion.
Quoted from vicjw66:Stark (who is half wight) could not go south of the wall due to the wall's magic preventing the undead from passing through.
We've seen wights beyond the wall before. The wight that attacked Mòrmont at Castle Black was part of Benjens ranger party that was found beyond the wall then brought back and reanimated.
Quoted from vicjw66:How will they bring the captured wight back through the wall?
That part has me guessing too.

After Bran Stark went back through the Wall the magic that kept the Whitewalkers out is gone. He was touched by the Night King and made this happen. My brother tried explaining it to me, still doesnt make total sence to me.
Great show. One thing I noticed is that dragon is strong. It seems.
I thought they would show it weakened. But if there was poison, it has shrugged it off, seemingly.
Good.

That's what I understand as well, but another thing to consider is has anyone actually tried the magic wall in a long time? Like what was the last time a whitewalker tried to cross the wall and exploded or whatever?
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:That's what I understand as well, but another thing to consider is has anyone actually tried the magic wall in a long time? Like what was the last time a whitewalker tried to cross the wall and exploded or whatever?
The walls "magic" is just legend so no one really knows if it works. The others or WW hadn't been seen for 8,000 years when the first men, the children of the forest, and possibly Azor Assiah defeated them. After that Bran the builder built the wall and they supposedly used magic on it to help keep out the others.
I'm sure some clues to the wall and many other things could be found in the trees. I'm sorry I don't know all the names of the things. But they can speak to some people right?
They should be questioned extensively. I would make the maesters do it. Then document everything.
I would have teams of two maesters on each tree, plus whatever is needed to activate the tree, and a strong security staff.
Quoted from Azmodeus:plus whatever is needed to activate the tree
maple-syrup-boarding
Quoted from Azmodeus:I'm sure some clues to the wall and many other things could be found in the trees. I'm sorry I don't know all the names of the things. But they can speak to some people right?
The weirwood trees can't speak. They have faces carved in them by the children of the forest ages ago.
Quoted from Azmodeus:The final two episodes this season should be spectacular.
****edit**** For some reason I thought there were eight episodes. My apologies.
Quoted from BillySastard:I have a feeling that Jeor Mormont will be the wight that they bring back. They set him up for death with Dany and the coin from Tyrion.
Yeah I didn't like how he turned for one final look at everyone before jumping in the boat. I thought 'Oh no, Jorah isn't coming back alive from this trip'. I could see him sacrificing himself for the greater good. Who knows? That's what makes this show so great.
But they better damn make sure The Hound comes back alive. My favorite character by far. Also looking forward to learning Beric Dondarrion's true purpose. Probably the most important minor character. Been around since season one when Ned Stark sent him off to capture The Mountain for crimes against the people of the Riverlands (different actor back then tho). Plus the best voice of any actor on the show. That's quite the crew heading north of the wall.
