Not sure if this is the right section. I just got a brand new GoT Premium today and have only played a few games and have already had the game enter ball search (unsuccessfully) after the ball gets stuck underneath the castle through the leftmost lane several times. Shaking the game releases the ball. Was wondering if anyone else had the same issue and if so, how did you fix it?

I'll have to check some more exactly where ball was getting stuck.

Is the clear supposed to cover the whole field or stop by the switch to the left of the iron throne like it does on mine (Picture attached). Assuming it's normal just wanted to be 100% sure. This is my first new pin in a while and want to make sure there aren't any issues with it. Thanks again for the help.

I've had the ball get stuck on switch 53 (Left top lane) several times now. Do I need to make an adjustment to the switch?

It turns out the switch was getting stuck under the LED board for 'castle'. Anyone else have this issue?

The ball also gets stuck somewhere in the castle every now and then but I think I have to remove the upper playfield to debug that issue.

Thanks, will remove castle today and see where I'm getting stuck and adjust switch 53.
