Game of Thrones LE Shaker Motor Stopped Working

I just recently purchased a game of thrones LE and all of the sudden today the shaker motor stopped working.

When I run a coil test on the shaker motor it works and the game is set to maximum on the shaker motor settings.

Any Ideas on why during game play it does not shake?

the only setting i know of is in the special adjustments section and it turned on to Max

What version of software ate you runnng? They increased the amount of shake in later versions.

I am 2 versions behind I did see some updates in the newer version so I am trying the update and see what happens
