Do you have an after-fix photo looking down inside of elevator for comparison for us? Love this thread, also have found lots of metal shavings around. Curious if you have any issues or notice anything squirrelly about the drop targets install as they act strange and bouncy on my game.

I thought the flippers freezing for 1 second was a bug in the 1.21 update. I never experienced it until 1.21. I emailed Steen but no reply. Did your issue start after updating to 1.21?

Capguntrooper is your playfield waxed? Looks very shiny and sweeeet. Mine doesn't look like that.

Mine looks identical to yours. Ball drops out about half the time on Mystery...

Before sanding, try lowering the drop target by loosening the height adjustment screws under the playfield. In your pic your target looks higher than playfield. I did this and made the downed target flush ( or just under flush) with playfield and this stopped the balls from jumping or hitting the plastic. Also worked for left 3 drop targets to keep ball from flinging off sling rubber into glass.

I don't understand. When a game ends, the locked balls at the sword drain. How do you start a game with two balls locked?
