So are all of these issues problems that arose during mass production of the game? I am sure this was tested over and over again by Steve and can't believe these design problems were not caught. Though it doesn't sound like this issue is happening on all the games, but how can some have the issue with the diverter changing the ball looping around the orbit on some games, but others it is fine. From the pictures posted it looks like a design flaw that should be happening on all games made. Again, how did this problem not happen during testing.....or did it?

Can anyone post some instructions and possibly pics on how to easily remove the upper play field so I can troubleshoot lane below it? I just don't want a handful of play field parts if its easy and only like four screws.
