This is a thread about your custom pinball cards for "Game of Thrones Pinball" by STERN. All people can post, give and receive advice.
Opinion and improvement suggestions about cards are welcome! All users are invited!
Please, it is important an useful appraisal, both positive or negative. Be constructive with your criticism!
Some basic tips from me to you, follow them freely:
- Design in HD, 300 dpi is a standard, but you can design at 150 dpi too. No blocking in printed results.
- Avoid dark backgrounds.
- Spend time trimming decorative elemens for your cards.
- You can use logos from pinball builders and franchise (series, movies, comics, etc.).
- Look for inspiration in pinball flyers.
- Use decorative phrases from flyers and advertising.
- Use easy readable font in rules/instructions card at least.
- Try to get a good technical finished card above aesthetic.
- Be creatvie with you results, even with printed results.
You can post all revision about your cards that you need, ask for help or graphic resources for your cards and more about this issue.
