I think GOT has the chance to have one of the best mini playfields ever. Very few mini playfields have as many shots and inlanes, the first ones that come to mind are FG/Shrek and that's a mini ball. I love mini playfields and all the good ones recently have been single flipper (pending TBL and WOOLY). Not to be negative but if this sucks, it could destroy the entire game, but I have faith in SR.

REALLY hope this is like AC/DC where the premiums are the games that I usually see on location, not the pros...

Why? This doesn't look like a systemic problem, it's one disaster of an art package, we don't even have the same people working on every game at Stern. Metallica has one of the best art packages in pinball recently... on the pro of all things. Plenty of other recent pros haven't been scrapped to the bare wood either.

The consensus was positive when/as AMH (Ghost Squad), TBL, WOZ, and WOOLY were revealed. I can't remember but did the Magic Girl reveal even shut people up in the thread for a while? We sure don't hate everything by default. We're just hipsters who hate the mainstream.

My favorite comment is "Greg Freres would crush this" though, someone complaining about WoZ art.

Creating a better playfield requires more than a weekend of work and Photoshop skill and isn't something anyone can fart out, that's exactly the point. A great playfield shouldn't be able to be mocked up in a few hours if it were a labor of love and effort. Aurich has gone over this. When we see Aurich's playfield art we'll see what a playfield looks like when true effort from a Pinsider goes into it.

I'm willing to bet you deleted at least one gradient.
