J121-2 refers to pin 2. Sometimes the pin is labeled on one end of the connector, sometimes not. Just count from one end and it will make sense. Buzz is right though. Probably a blown fuse. There are 5 GI strings on Indy. F106,107,108,109,110. All 5amp slo-blo fuses.
