I'm working on a 1949 woodrail and want to stock up on the required fuses.
I've noticed there there are fuses in the back box that that have a tag that says "replace with 5A slow-blo", and there's a couple fuses on the bottom board that just have 10A stamp on the wood. Does that mean that everything is fast-blo unless otherwise noted?

Usually, yes. To help verify, the schematics should also note S.B. for the slow blow fuses and this is omitted on standard fuses. Another helpful hint for most games is the solenoid fuses will usually be S.B., while other fuses such as general illumination will usually be the standard fast blow type. This is because solenoids are allowed surge currents that exceed the standard rating of the fuse.

I'd look up the schematics but they are not available on the web, perhaps another Gottlieb owner can confirm. Pretty sure they are going to be fast blow for the 10A.
