I have a question on fuses listed on the schematics of the pin, such as Williams Big Deal. Are they fast blow or slow blow? I don't see any indication as what type they are. Thanks for your help.

Generally EM's are fast blow and solid state Slow Blow.

    Not always.

EM games use slow blow fuses too but they're usually labelled on the schematic and presumably in the game too. If there's no indication then they're usually fast blow.

Thanks for the help. My Big Deal i just bought has all the wrong fuses in. Mostly all larger than they are suppose to be.

In general, only slo-blo fuses are labeled as such (usually as SB). If there is nothing after the fuse value, then it is assumed to be fast blow.

First thing I do before powering up an EM for the first time is check all the fuses for continuity and correct size. I learned that the hard way when I burned up a wire on a Gottlieb Soccer. The 10A fuse had a 30A fuse and I had a shorted coil in that path.

The only place I can remember seeing slo blo fuses in EMs is for bank setup purposes.

I usually do that too. But when I bought it they had it up and running except for a few problems. Was not till I got home and was doing a full check on things.
I have put the correct fuse size in. but was confused about SB or FA. Im now working on roll over sw not working and ball count not advancing. I appreciate the input that you all have given me.
