Avoid tin plated brass for anything of 'sufficient' current draw, the tin plated brass fuses should never be used for 8 amps or above (I use the tin plated berylium copper fuse clips everywhere).

As Forflow mentioned - Littelfuse and Bussmann are good brands.

If you want solder lug variety - try Littelfuse 035400xxZXGY where the xx = number of ganged fuses. Most popular is the single fuse holder - 03540001ZXGY. Bussmann BK/S-8002-x-R is also good, replace "x" with number of ganged fuses. Again, the single BK/S-8002-1-R is most popular.

Board mounted variety (singles only): Littelfuse 03540101ZXGY is the easiest to find.

When looking for fuse holders, check the base metals:
Tin plated brass = low current
Tin plated berylium copper or tin plated phosphor bronze = higher current capable
Chinese fuse holders tend to be some sort of tin plated pot metal.
