my poor cftbl needs a new fuse holder and thermistor. anyone know offhand the part numbers for these and a good source?

You can pick up fuse-holders anywhere. Rat Shack (if you still have one nearby) has a variety of types.

Since you need a thermistor too, you could check Mouser for both parts. Just make sure you get the right size holder, AGC. And you can look at the specs of the thermistor on the part itself.
