When you sign up for anything online, put the website’s name as your middle name.
That way when you receive spam/advert email, you will know who sold your information.

That is a fantastic idea. Wish I would have thought to do that decades ago.

I'm sure you could caption that in a meme

Not sure if true, but I heard phone companies auction that number when it is available, and sometimes get as much as 50k, from single middle-aged ladies wanting the number.

Wouldn’t tinder or whatever be cheaper?

That was years before anything like that came along.
Pro tip...anytime you go somewhere that asks if you are a member, grocery store, gas station, pet store, etc. if you are not signed up use that number. Almost everytime somebody has signed up using it.

That is funny. Years ago I had some customers out pheasant hunting. Missing every one. The dog with them got disgusted, ran out and caught one. Brought it back to them and dropped it. And then went back to their vehicle and waited for them. He was done for the day.
LTG : )
I confess I am very glad to see some new funny captions here.
I will post more when I get some time and can find some.
For a while we were just talking here, and not posting a funny caption, and it reminded me about how MTV went.
MTV started off AWESOME! With all the music videos 24 hours a day.
Now? I have no clue if they ever even have any music videos anymore, what happened to that?
Anyway, at the moment all I have handy is a Christmas one, and way too early, but who knows, if I were to even go to a Walmart right now, they are probably already putting Christmas stuff out.
image045 (resized).jpgThank you JohnnyPinball007 for starting this thread. I enjoy it every day.
Just like MTV’s first video - “video killed the radio star” by the Buggles , my favorite caption is still the very first one that you posted. It is always what I think of first when people talk about the experience of living through Covid.
