It's not a you versus me thing... It should be "don't you have any questions about what's going on" thing. Because as more time goes on, more data comes out and more questions arise.
Policies have killed people. Mistakes have been made. Both sides keep focusing on the extremes.

Well stated. To me the issue is going through life without being inquisitive and openly and honestly evaluating all sides and all data presented, while also carefully considering the motives of those who project authority over you.

I get it, but if people can post painfully unfunny captions (the exact opposite of what the thread's intention is), then an occasional brief discussion about a caption posted from someone the evokes a reaction (regardless of the side they are on) doesn't bug me too much.
And just so this post is germane to the thread's intent, here is my "funny" caption.

I think you may have misinterpreted my intentions. I too was not speaking directly to you nor judging you regarding anything you posted now or in the past, just an open response in general stating that I'm open to listening to anyone's position. Quite honestly, I enjoy debating people at times even if I'm playing devil's advocate.

Well, unfortunately not true. They will almost always land on their feet and most cats are very resilient to falls (e.g. previous video), but falls can and do hurt them. Our very old cat fell from our deck (1 1/2 story) and shattered her hip.
Squirrels, on the other hand are extremely resistant to being hurt from a fall, especially the flying variety...

We have flying squirrels in Ontario. When I went camping in The Pinery a group of kids brought a BB Gun and killed a group of them. The police were there for a while about it!

There was a nest of birds in a pipe at the school a block from my house. My kids and I were watching them grow a d one day a kid took a stick and killed them. I lost my shit and my daughter said she knew where he lived. I went to the house and told his mother and she beat his ass in front of me. He deserved it.
