Thought I should get a little advice before I proceed.

2.5 A fuse blows on game start-up every time.

I have another Flash, and have done a One by one board swap on my good game.

Each board works, no errors in Driver board or Power Supply.

MPU does not provide background sound.

In bad game, 2.5 A fuse blows when drop targets energize. Also, a couple feature lamps are out. Could be lamp sockets.

Another thing; every solenoid has a fuse added to it under the playfield.

Took the three boards to a local repairman, and his test equipment showed everything working.

Assuming it's in the playfield, or something in the MPU passed the test and is not functioning.

Every connector has been replaced, and triple checked.

Any advice before I send this to Mr. Hibbler?
