    Hello,

I have a Funland machine that I was given back in 1986 or so. It is mechanically in great shape and I have not done anything to it except to replace the rubber pieces. I never even knew it should have been waxed until I stumbled across this forum.
I am going to replace the ball, most of the bulbs and would like to give it a good cleaning and waxing. I have attached some photos and would like some recommendations on how to proceed.

    Thanks for the help!

    Larry

I'm a novice, but this is what I do. Carefully vacuum the playfield with a vacuum and new soft paint brush. Naphtha carefully to clean the playfield and any coil dust that remains. Novus 2 to polish. Wax. Replace bulbs and rubbers. I'm not a fan of magic eraser and alcohol.

In the future, just wax and keep clean on a regular basis. Your game starts with a decent playfield!

Read around this forum and look for Vid's guides. Whatever you decide, test a small area first.
