This is how the plastic is mounted (and bent) should it be like that or should it be flat against the side rail? Factory standard or an OPS try to a quick fix for stuck air-balls in that area.


What does your RBIONs look like in that particular area?

Prevents a ball from getting stuck on top of the plastic.

Thanks for the input, I figured that it was a fix for stuck air-balls in that area however it looks so clunky that I thought it was an OPS quick-fix. Not Sterns idea of addressing such an issue. In my mind the plastic would get pretty fragile for steal ball hits when bent like that.
