Last Action Hero Data East, 1993

So my Data East Last Action Hero has a weak left flipper (A) and seems to have a shorter stroke than the right one (B)

Any idea what to check for?
Is your LAH flipper setup/behavior the same

Pics are of:

Both flippers at rest nearly identically placed at the marking pins
Both flippers as far extended as they can go
Underside of PF showing both flipper mechs
Flipper mech left, showing the EOS switch
Flipper mech right, showing the EOS switch

Check if either has a DE plunger in there. Maybe one was substituted with what ever was on hand.

Bet your right. Is there a spec for DE that I can find to know it is a DE length?
