Had one the nicest ones in existence and got bored after a few months even set up very difficult. It has great theme and toy but the gameplay is just ok imo...mainly bc of the lackluster rules. Also 4-5 is pretty high... i didn't have much more than that in my high end restored very modded fh.

Quoted from pinballinreno:

Funhouse is getting harder to acquire every day. The nicer ones dont come up very often and will cost $7k.
If you had any desire to get this game, I would try to get it if the price is sorta fair.

Torn over this, so many other newish stern pro models in the 5k range. For example a metalicca pro, I had the LE on early code and played it on location and loved it.
But then it's PL his shots are always the feel good kind and it could be a keeper as Kerry and others have mentioned. Love it on pinball arcade.
Only older pin I really have interest in is MMr and those go for double this.

Theres a nice one for sale here for 4200 which is fair bc it has a nice playfield and cab. To bad your about as far from it as u possibly cld be lol.

Well a WW came up for sale and going to check that out as well.
Funhouse and WW seems redundant.

Ww is much better than fh imo and its much cheaper ....

Guy has been sort of flaky so I picked up a Whirlwind. Unfortunately after just a few days I realize I probably should have waited for a FH, think I prefer it to WW.
To be honest this era seems a bit shallow compared to a newer games. Not bad at all but I prefer White Water,TAF,TZ or a few years later. Maybe one day I will find one but for now I am moving on to hunting for a MMR LE.
Probably put the whirlwind up shortly if anyone has interest. Not shocked by this I am so freaking picky about games that have staying power. Even
/wave Harley!!

Fh is just as shallow as ww.... i much perfer ww over fh tho. Smart move wanting stuff a little more complex...
