Hello! Admitted noob and first time posting here. I'll keep this quick and to the point:
I recently acquired a Funhouse. It's in really good shape, pretty clean inside an out.
After having some professional board work done and finally getting a few plays in I am noticing that the heat generated from Q1 (see photos) seems to be hot enough to melt the board if the machine is left on.
I've checked to make sure connections are in the right spots, I just had the board in the hands of a pro whom I am sure would have told me if I had the wrong fuses in place, I've pulled out the incandescent bulbs in the back box in an attempt to reduce current (didn't help)
On the back of the board I can see evidence of heat directly behind Q1 (also pictured)
I want to move on with restoration but I'm afraid I'm gonna melt a hole through the board.
Other unrelated issues...
1. Rudys eyes don't look to his right
2. Hidden Hallway lock mechanism is locked on.
With these three issues resolved I've got a killer pin for a great price.
Any and all help / advise is much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
