The motor is getting power, the photo of the gears looks okay. Maybe something is jammed, i cannot tell. There is an opto for the jaw on the switch matrix does anyone know exactly for what? Is it just the kick out?
So i cannot imagine it’s a fuse, possible gear issue.
Is there anything it could be besides getting jammed or having broken gears.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The jaw opto is used to detect "hitting Rudy"
It is located just in front of Rudys mouth on each side of the ball guides

Have him go to the test menu and see if rudy works in test mode
