I am replacing the gears that drive Rudy's jaw and was wondering if they should have any sort of lubrication? When I disassembled it, there was some sort of dried up grease. Manual does not mention any and I cant seem to find much in my searching.

Thanks, that was my thought also. I have read in the past quite a few threads about guys going through "new" gears really quickly. Just wanted to be sure.

I ended up not even using the replacement round gear. Perhaps my motor is weak but with it installed, the gears would not turn(too tight?). I did use the replacement sector gear. We'll see how it holds up.
