This just started overnight - the steps "P" target causes a slam tilt every time. In switch tests, all other switches seem to test just fine, but when "P" makes contact it registers the slam tilt closing.
Can any of you point me in the right direction for troubleshooting this?

Yep, balls out. I don't believe any other switches that are supposed to be normally open were closed.
