Do your two opto switches work? I ask because I had a similar situation after my restoration and it was blowing the same flipper fuse. Turns out I had the connectors on the opto board swapped. They are one of the few connectors next to one another that are not uniquely keyed on that game. Luckily I didn't break anything aside from my pride.
