The triac isn't shorted. They rarely fail.
It's more likely that the GI lamps on the coin door are shorting, perhaps to the lockdown bar lever. Remove J119 and retest.

Let's not indict the board yet.
Does the fuse blow with =just= J121 off?
If so, then you're going to need to track that violet/white-violet GI string.
Where you look depends on whether you have the backbox or playfield GI connector attached to J121.
Fat wires go to the PF. Skinny wires go to the head lamp insert panel.
Review the violet string appropriately.
