Possible bad GI connector. Or male pins need to be cleaned. Worth a try checking connectors. John

Also connectors may be dis colored not making a good connection. I used very light sandpaper on the male pins with alcohol. Your situation could be different. What Eli said is something to also look into. J

This is a burnt GI. Your may not be this bad. Easy to fix with new Molex connector.
