Well I just saw on Ebay that the guy that makes the round gear out of brass and delrin is now making the sector gear also, out of brass and aluminum. $90 for the round gear and $91 for the sector gear. I just replaced my round gear with one from Marco and so far it is working. But if it goes again, I am thinking about buying both of these to hopefully eliminate ever having to do it again. I was hesitant before because I didn't think replacing the round one without having a metal sector gear to mesh up with it was good idea, just transferring the problem to the sector gear. Expensive, but if it eliminates them from ever breaking again, I am thinking probably the thing to do. Unless this now would put some type of strain on the motor? What does everybody else think?

It definitely would be nice to fix it once and for all.
