Funhouse frying 6264 RAM on sound board

I am reviving a Funhouse which was sitting unplayed for the last 16 years. Everything is working except for the sound. I have replaced a sound board with the working one from my CFTBL and it still had no sound. After returning the board to CFTBL the sound did not work. I have replaced the 6264 RAM on U9 and it started to work again in CFTBL.
Any ideas what may be causing 6264 RAM failure?

P.S. Funhouse had all matching serial numbers on all boards except for the sound board so I am suspecting that it had sound problems in the past.

Thank you for your suggestion. So far I have checked voltages at J501 - 18 V AC and J 502 - 5 V DC.
