i love Rudy!

one rarely-noticed (or at least rarely-mentioned) feature is Rudy's eyes follow the ball around the table. (when switches on the left side are hit, he looks left, when switches on the right side are hit, he looks right). easily the greatest toy ever to appear on a pinball playfield.

Quoted from Jared:

What are the best mods to do to the game? I am particularly interested in HOME ROMS and a TOPPER but have no idea about either.

Unlike STTNG, I feel like this is a game that doesn't really benefit from a ton of mods. The Rudy Spotlight lampshade cutout is cool, but expensive. The LED bumper caps are great. LED OCD and GI OCD work wonders of course. Other than that, I think the game is pretty perfect the way it is.

Here's the cutout I'm talking about --

Quoted from Wickerman2:

Thanks--thought they'd drop out at start/end.

nope, they stay there. in fact, if you have two locked there and start a new game, it will kick balls out from there instead of loading the plunger if you get Quick Multiball or lock a ball. it's even nice enough to flash the flashers over by the lock and there's a sort of warning chime to let the player know a ball's about to come out of there instead of being loaded into the shooter lane.

Quoted from mjenison:

I just spent the evening trying to adjust the left shooter on mine as well. The left shooter is too far right, and too high, so the ball doesn't fire up the ramp properly. The playfield is adjusted as far right as it can go, and the right plunger is perfect. Tried adding washers and such, but still not good enough, so the conclusion I've come to is that I'm going to have to pull out the dremel with a Rotozip bit and adjust the plunger hole about an 1/8" to the left.

Same problem, and I'm coming to the same conclusion ...
