So having a new issue. My white orange gi in the back box is not working. Replace the f109 fuse and it blows almost immediately. Need to order more fuses but any suggestions in the mean time?
Quoted from dsuperbee:Fuse f109 is a GI fuse. In that line you have a short. Disconnect j 120 and 121. Turn on game. If the fuse blows you have a board issue. If not, then you have a shorted socket (or something in a socket), or a wire that is pinched and touching metal causing the fuse to blow.
I would strongly suggest building some breakers to save on fuses, and then start checking that strand one socket at a time. (Breakers are easy to make, search pinside and it should show up)F109 fuses GI so the lamp/switch matrix won't help.
Thank you. As soon as my fuses come in I'll get started on this. I appreciate the instructions.
Quoted from mollyspub:I didn't see these on the pinball pimp site.
Also ... Your bumper caps aren't in the correct locations.
There on his ebay page.
I want the funhouse kit but I need to wait and see gameplay and also how easy it is to switch to regular old funhouse. Like many it was the game that got me hooked. I love the new lcd scoreboard, it looks great, just hope we get a stream soon or maybe one will be at Pincinnatti?.
Quoted from pencilneck:Let me give you a heads up warning... I've got those as well and they can get damaged by the playfield hardware on the right side where the 2 rubber rings are next to the pop bumpers. Be 100% sure the hardware (metal post) and plastic are not sticking out beyond the edge of the playfield of you will snag that fancy artwork and rip it. Luck for me, the area that got the most damage was black, so a sharpie marker more or less covered up the issue, can't see it now.
I ended replacing the that long thin plastic part with a metal one that I offset the holes so it wouldn't extend beyond the edge of the playfield.

I then put covered it with black vinyl and it looks normal unless you really know it should be a blue piece of plastic.

I'm not knocking the product itself, I really like the way they look and the install was pretty easy (playfield was out). I just hope the next fellow doesn't have the heartbreak I did.
thank you for the heads up!
