I have the same J135 connector on my game with only Pin 9 populated. Wire looks to be Red/Blue. The blue is very light, so I can't be 100% sure of the second color. It is Row 8 of the lamp matrix. Figured it went to the Start button light as all others go to the playfield. Unplugged and confirmed it goes to the Start button on my machine. The manual was only somewhat helpful, as it indicated that the Row 8 cabinet connection should have been on J133, though that would have had to have been spliced in...
