Is it a 3 month-ish backorder?
Just ordered from cointaker, as planetary isn't taking deposits now, until they clear their list and get some in stock.

For instruction number 13, I don't have a valid 4 pin connector. There are 3, one has a blank in one slot, preventing the pin from going in.
They two others have a single wire in each connector...
Any ideas?
I'm also unable to select 2.0 from game select screen.

20220519_154050 (resized).jpgFinally got my 2.0 up and running last night. Had a hardware issue that took awhile to pinpoint. Customer service has been amazing and I think anyone who goes through this forum should realize this.
Pedretti and UVAJED were there every step of the way. From video chats, to emails. Very proactive to resolving issues, and as everyone has seen, they are actively addressing bugs and adding/tweaking features.
I'm super happy with where the game is currently and it's only going to get better. Also anticipating the next 2.0 kit. Here's hoping it's earthshaker.
Quoted from cfh:Found another bug in the funhouse2. In attract mode the slingshots and pop bumpers are hot. The flippers are not, but the slingshots and the pops are. which is wrong. And to boot when you tilt, pop bumpers and slingshots stay hot, again wrong thing to do.
Now if you switch to Funhouse1, this problem is not there
Also when you move between the versions with the five seconds start button, I would expect the Williams “bong” to be incorporated into this. It’s a friendly reminder that everything is A-OK
I've noticed this too, the bumper and slings being hot.
Quoted from PiperPinball:A cool attract mode feature (like in Black Knight).
When you hit the flipper buttons have Rudy say something or have him burp or tell a random joke, etc.
Needs more humor

One of the things I love about tspp...
Took me 30 mins. It's really straight forward, but instructions are vague in areas. Make sure everything is seated properly and HDMI cords are in correct slots. Common mistake is to have them reversed...
Quoted from Jszekeres:Question.
Is the only way to switch between Funhouse and Funhouse 2.0 is to reboot the machine? Every time you want to switch? Seems like there should be a better way.
Seems to be. It's only 20 seconds from holding start button to game select screen though .
Quoted from Zukidog:Hold down the start button for 5 seconds. Takes roughly 20 seconds for the machine to reboot to the selection screen.
^^this^^.
For anyone waiting extra long for their kits, you can get one sooner..I had ordered one through CT in the springtime, lead time was long, but whatever. Local supplier had them in-stock, so I cancelled my order with CT. Link below..

Use this link to download new game code.

You don't need 99 first. Just format usb like normal, then copy .code file
Use this instruction to update sdcard.
Quoted from WizzardRob:Please refer to the official update instruction
https://www.pinballremakes.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Funhouse-SD-Card-update-instructions-1.pdf
Did you also update the SD Card, as mentioned in the above linked instructions? This is required for 0.99
If you are stuck at the "fast update" you need to press a button on the Fast board. After that the update continues right away

Has anyone been able to navigate the haunted roller coaster mode?
I can't get past the first arrow everytime. It's a quick 100 grand for me and I'm out. I'm assuming it's because I'm getting slow in my old age...
I think there will be more improvements coming eventually. The last update was really good, and addressed a few key issues.
Just keep making suggestions...
Quoted from WizzardRob:I make it to the end almost every time i think its a matter of HOW the buttons are pressed. Try to "hold" the respective button a bit instead of just quickly press-release
This is definitely the method. Played a bit this morning and actually got somewhere in the haunted roller coaster mode...
Digging the new topper. It's solid and very bright. I used to play with just a little room light on above the machine, but no need to now with the topper.
Quoted from jackd104:Does it cause glare on the pf
Glass?
There is a slight glare, but nothing crazy imo..
Sure there's still some minor glitches with 2.0, but it's a good kit. Updates have been fairly quick. For their first time doing a 2.0, I think they did a good job, plus the tech support has been amazing.
Quoted from Patnukem:Hopefully I can figure out how to order this. Really excited to install it and try it out.
Nitro has stock as well.
